The Courtyard Villa

The Stone House

A corner plot treated as one sculpted block in cream stone. Deep window frames, timber louvres for privacy, cantilevered balconies on the open side and a timber gate that hides the parking.

The Tropical Villa

A narrow lap pool tucked between the house and a dense garden. Double-height glass opens the living room to the water, and a striped stone deck runs along its edge.

The Pool House

An indoor pool under a ceiling of curved timber ribbons, a kitchen island carved like a tree, and a lotus mandir lit from within. Most of the furniture was designed and made for this house.

Before construction begins, you walk through your home in 3D: the elevation, the materials, the light at night. Changes are made on screen, not on site.

A pleated wall that hides a door. A side table cut in the shape of a butterfly. A kitchen island carved like a tree. We design these pieces in-house and build them on site, so the idea survives all the way to the finished room.
